IROIKO LECHOVO, is committed to sharing its products and mission with individuals globally. While we currently offer international shipping on select items we acknowledge that shipping fees outside the USA can often be unfavourably higher than desired. We understand this may be a deterrent when finalising your purchase, however, we are making it our priority to change this and reach you at you desired destination.
Delivery times for international orders typically range between 2 - 10 business days, depending on your location. One of our ongoing priorities is to reduce these shipping times and costs, expand our international product range, and make our services more accessible to more countries around the world.

SHIPPING TIMES
Please note, that usually, order fulfillment time takes 2 - 5 business days before shipping. Orders that contain more than 10 items might take 3 - 10 business days to fulfill. The countdown starts as soon as the order status changes to "Accepted". However, as soon as the order is "Accepted", it is sent to our Fulfillment Team for preparation.

All products are shipped from the US distribution center; therefore, it is the responsibility of the customers from other countries to pay customs and/or import fees where applicable.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES
When ordering international or outsie of the USA, it is important to be aware that customs duties and taxes may apply upon arrival to the destination country. These fees are determined by local customs authorities and are beyond the control of IROIKO LECHOVO. Equally, IROIKO LECHOVO does not collect, prepay, or influence these charges, and they cannot be covered by us or the merchant. Any applicable customs fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient covering these costs themselves. We would recommend checking with your local customs office for more details on potential charges before placing your order with us.
POSSIBLE DELIVERY DELAYS
Whilst we endeavour to operate with the guidence of USPS and FedEx for shipping times, it is important to be aware that delays may occur. These include, but not limited to; carrier and logistic delays, duties, taxes, additional documentation requirements, incomplete shipping address(es), regulatory inspections or complience issues, weather or natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, inventory, manufacturers or suppliers, product availablilty, port congestion or transportation strikes, security protection or prevention, customs etc. Simply to name a few.
Customs authorities in different countries have their own procedures and timelines for inspecting and releasing incoming shipments. Unfortunately, these delays are beyond the control of both IROIKO LECHOVO and the shipping carrier. Stating this, we would like to be transparent that the shipping guide from USPS and FedEx serve as a guide only with mention that the shipping days listed are business days.
IMPORT TAXES AND DUTIES
When ordering products from IROIKO LECHOVO for delivery outside the United States, you acknowledge that import duties, customs taxes, and other fees may apply based on your country’s regulations.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. IROIKO LECHOVO has no control over these fees and cannot estimate their cost. Import duties and taxes must be paid by the recipient upon the package’s arrival in the destination country.
Failure to pay these charges may result in delays, additional storage fees, or the package being returned. We are not responsible for such outcomes. We recommend that you check with your local customs office for more details on potential charges before placing an order and to also avoid any disappointment(s).
